目的導向教會的建造 Vision 2014

目的導向教會的主要特色就是要先建立會眾有一個使命，有一個異象，然後一步一步地往目的發展。目的使人有方向感，從而產生前進的動力。我們教會的核心價值是什麼 ? 使命是什麼? 異象是什麼? 達到異象的策略是什麼? 我們可以藉著回答這些問題來思想我們未來的方向。倒不是說我們的教會是一個缺乏異象的教會，不，我們的教會是一個有異象的教會，否則教會不會走到今天，但是教會的異象並未達到多數的會眾，所以會眾對教會的委身的動力不足。我建議將我們教會的異象文字化，然後透過各種途徑，將異象傳遞給全會眾，讓全體會眾能明白教會發展的方向，並願委身投入其中，使每一位弟兄姐妹都能成為一塊活石，有活潑的生命，彼此配搭，一同組成一座充滿了神的同在的靈宮。

The main character of purpose driven church is to build congregation to have a mission and vision, and then move forward to the destination step by step.  The purpose defines the direction for people and generates the dynamics for movement. What are our core-values? What is our mission? What is our vision? What is our strategy to fulfill vision? We can define the direction of our future by answering those questions. I do not mean we are a church without vision, not at all. We are a church with vision; otherwise we cannot have this church today. However the majority of congregation does not fully understand the vision of church, therefore they do not have motivation to involve more in the church. My suggestion is to write down our vision in statement and then try to pass the vision to congregation in all kinds of ways to make congregation to understand the direction of church and willingly involve more in the church. Let each brother and sister to be a living stone with living life and combine each other to be a spiritual house filled with God’s presence.

建立目的導向教會，可以從四個方面來思想教會建造的方向。

˙核心價值是指我們從聖經中領受最核心的價值觀。 (Why)

˙使命是指神給這個教會的託付。(What)

˙異象是指我們從聖經中看見神要教會去完成的圖畫，遠景，夢想。(Where)

˙策略是指達成使命、異象，所需使用的方法、道路。(How)

使命與異象有時容易搞混。使命是一個短的宣言，而異象則是一個長的細節描繪。使命是一幅畫的主題，異象就是那幅畫的內容。

To build a purpose-driven church, we can think about the direction of church in four dimensions.

1.      Core-values are the most important values we received from Bible. (Why)

2.      Mission is the task God assign to the church. (What)

3.      Vision is the picture, prospect and dream in the viewpoint of Bible, which God expect His church to fulfill. (Where)

4.      Strategy is the method and the way to fulfill mission and vision. (How)

Mission and vision sometime are easy to be confused. Mission is a short statement and vision is a long description in details. Mission is the title of a picture. Vision is the picture itself.

從核心價值產生使命，從使命產生異象，從異象產生策略，從策略產生行動。我想以此大綱來草擬一個提案來比較具體地說明目的導向教會的基本架構，盼望能拋磚引玉，在長執會中能擬定出一個教會建造藍圖，說明我們要往哪裡去，藉此凝聚共識，來激發我們同心來建造教會成為美麗的聖城。

Core-values generate mission. Mission generates vision. Vision generates strategy. Strategy generates action. Based on this outline, I would like to draft a proposal to illustrate the basic framework of purpose driven church. I wish I can throw out a brick and attract a jade. The boards can propose a formal blueprint of church to demonstrate where we are going. We can reach a common agreement by a blueprint to encourage us to build the church to be a beautiful holy city together.

˙核心價值 (Core Values)

遵守大誡命

耶穌對他說、你要盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主你的　神。這是誡命中的第一、且是最大的。其次也相倣、就是要愛人如己。這兩條誡命、是律法和先知一切道理的總綱。

完成大使命

耶穌進前來，對他們說：「天上地下所有的權柄都賜給我了。所以，你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗（或譯：給他們施洗，歸於父、子、聖靈的名）。凡我所吩咐你們的，都教訓他們遵守，我就常與你們同在，直到世界的末了。」

大誡命是舊約的總綱，而大使命則是新約的總綱。這兩段經文代表聖經的核心價值。

Obey Great Commandment

Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

Fulfill Great Commission

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

The great commandment is the principle of the Old Testament.  The great commission is the principle of the New Testament. These two paragraphs of Bible represent the core-values of Bible.

˙使命宣言 (Mission Statement)

帶領人來敬拜基督， 跟隨基督， 傳揚基督 。

Bring people to worship Jesus, follow Jesus and proclaim Jesus.

˙異象 (Vision Statement)

敬拜的異象

我們看見一群被羔羊的寶血所買贖的子民來到他的寶座前來敬拜他。敬拜是這群聖徒生活的中心，就像以色列人在曠野紮營，他們以會幕為他們生活的中心。他們委身於以基督為中心的敬拜，俯伏在神的最高的主權之下。他們在敬拜中與神相會，他們敬畏神的榮耀與威嚴，他們感受到神的恩惠與慈愛，他們在敬拜中聆聽神的信息，他們的靈魂在敬拜中甦醒過來，他們帶著這樣的敬拜回到他們的生活，繼續用他們的生活來榮耀神。

The vision of worship

We see a group of people who are redeemed by the blood of the Lamb come to worship Him around His throne. Worship is the center of life for the group of saints, just like tabernacle is the center of life for Israel people when they camped in desert. They commit to Christ-centered worship. They bow down to the Lord in the sovereignty of God. They encounter God in worship. They fear the glory and majesty of God. Their hearts are touched by the grace and love of God. They carefully listen to the message of God in worship. Their souls are restored in worship. They go back to their daily life with the heart of worship and continue to glorify God in their life.

禱告的異象

我們看見一群禱告的戰士。他們熱切尋求神的國的降臨，他們熱切尋求神的旨意能遍行全地。他們知道他們的軟弱，但他們知道藉著禱告，他們可以倚靠神的大能。他們常常感謝神，即使在逆境中，也不忘記他的恩惠。他們常常讚美神，即使在困苦中，他們仍然有喜樂。他們也常常等候在神的面前，即使在似乎沒有指望的時候，他們也知道一切的盼望是從他而來。他們不怕仇敵，因為他們知道神與他們同在。但他們害怕犯罪，因為他們知道神會掩耳不聽他的禱告。

The vision of prayer

We see a group of prayer warriors.  They enthusiastically search for the coming of God’s kingdom. They enthusiastically search for God’s wills can be followed in the whole world. They know their weakness, but they know they can rely on God’s power by prayer. They always thanks God, even when they are not in smooth situation, they still don’t forget His grace. They always praise the Lord.  Even when they are in suffering, they still have joy. They also always wait upon God, even when the thing looks like has no hope; they know all of hopes come from God. They are not afraid of enemy because they know God is with them. They are afraid of the commitment of sin because they know God will cover his ears and stop listening to his prayer.

門徒訓練的異象

我們看見一群願意跟隨耶穌的門徒，他們像羊群跟著牧人，能夠聽主的聲音，跟隨主的腳蹤。他們有一顆受教的心與能聽的耳，願意受到嚴格的訓練，願意服從命令，願意成為基督的精兵，神所徵招的特種部隊。他們願意放下世界，定意背起十字架來跟隨耶穌的腳步，他們立志要成為這個世界不配有的人。神的話是他們腳前的燈，路上的光，他們願意每天讀神的話語，尋求神的旨意，立志遵行他的命令。他們全然倚靠所有聖經上的應許，把神的話存記在他們的心中，用神的話當做靈糧，用神的話勝過試探。他們晝夜思想神的話，他們的生命像一棵樹栽種在溪水旁，按時候結果子，葉子也不枯乾。

The vision of discipleship

We see a group of disciples who are willing to follow Jesus. They are like sheep to follow the shepherd. They can listen to Lord’s voice and follow Lord’s trace. They have a teachable heart and listening ears. They are willing to receive restrict training, obey commands and become good solders of Christ, special army by God’s calling. They are willing to put down the world and take their cross to follow the step of Jesus. They want to be a person of whom this world is not worthy.God’s Word is a lamp on their feet and a light on their path. God’s Word is a lamp on their feet and a light on their path. They are willing to read God’s Word daily to search for God’s will and they want to do their best to obey His commands. They totally rely on all of promises on the Bible. They keep God’s Word in their mind, read God’s Word as their spiritual food and use God’s word to overcome temptation. They meditate on God’s Word day and night. They are like a tree planted by the streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither.

團契的異象

我們看見一個愛的團契，以基督的愛為網，彼此連結，合而為一。他們來自四面八方，卻因神的愛，他們成為一家人。他們或許有時會意見不同，個性不合，甚至衝突矛盾，但最後他們都願意學習最大的功課，愛，以至於他們能夠彼此磨合，彼此順服。他們是一群同心奔向錫安聖山的天路客，在這條天路上，他們有時會遇上試探，磨練，低潮，攻擊，但他們在光明中彼此相交，彼此提攜，互相勸勉，彼此代禱來確保他們的每一個同行的伙伴都能平安抵達彼岸的家鄉。

The vision of fellowship

We see a fellowship of love, which is connected with God’s love and is united as one body. They come from different area and become a family by God’s love. Sometime they might have different opinion, different personality and even conflict to each other, but they are willing to learn the biggest lesson, love, such that they can adjust to each other and obey to each other. They are a group of pilgrims who are walking to the Zion Mountain.  They might encounter temptation, test, depression and attack sometime, but they have fellowship in the light, support each other, encourage each other and pray for each other to ensure all of their walking partners can arrive to their hometown peacefully in the other side.

服事的異象

我們看見一群以謙卑束腰的僕人，願意為主擺上，甘心服事眾人。他們按著個人所得的恩賜，做神的好管家，個人盡自己的本分，在基督的身體裡發揮他的功用，連於元首基督，聽命基督的號令，一同興旺福音。他們願意在小事上忠心，願意在神所託付的事工，承擔責任。他們有勞苦的心志，願意犧牲自己的方便與權利，好叫神的名得著榮耀。他們願意自潔，脫離卑賤的事，好讓自己成為神合用的器皿。

The vision of ministry

We see a group of servants who clothe in humility. They willingly devote themselves for the Lord to serve other people. They are good housekeepers of God based on their personal gift. Each person does their best on their duty to perform his function in the body of Christ, connect to the head Christ, obey his commands to advance gospel together. They are faithful in what is least and take responsibility on the ministry God give. They have a heart to work hard and willingly sacrifice his own convenience and right to let God’s name to be glorified. They are willing to clean themselves from ignoble and to make themselves to be useful vessels for God.

傳福音的異象

我們看見一群報好消息的福音使者。他們要向這個沒有盼望的世界，宣告他們盼望的緣由。他們要向黑暗的牢獄，宣告光明已經來到。他們要向這缺乏真愛的世界，宣告神就是愛。他們要去尋找失喪的羊，領失喪的羊歸回羊圈。他們戴上了神所賜的全副的軍裝，他們要攻破仇敵的營壘，將人的心意奪回。他們要將那些不認識神的無神論，拜偶像的，迷失在這個世界的風俗中的人們都帶領他們來歸向基督。

The vision of evangelism

We see a group of evangelical ambassadors who proclaim the good news. They want to proclaim the reason for their hope toward the hopeless world.  They want to proclaim  the light has come toward the dark jail. They proclaim  God is love toward the world without true love. They want to search for lost sheep, bring lost sheep back to the sheep pen. They put on the full armor of God. They want to demolish strongholds to take captive every thought. They want to bring atheists, idolaters and people who lost in the fashion of this world back to Christ.

˙策略 (Strategy)

分做敬拜基督， 跟隨基督， 傳揚基督三個信徒成長的階段。進一步可再分六個小站: 敬拜，禱告，門徒訓練，團契，服事，傳福音。

The third model can be called as bow and arrow model. This model tries to combine two models above. Include three growing stages, worship Jesus, follow Jesus and proclaim Jesus.  Three stages can be divided into six stations, including worship, prayer, discipleship, fellowship, ministry and evangelism.

1.敬拜基督

弓-敬拜->禱告
2.跟隨基督

弦-門徒訓練->團契
3.傳揚基督
箭-服事->傳福音

分階段地設定成長的目標，每一個小站，都設立一些具體可達成的指標。這個目標不要太高，讓人難以達成，但也不要太低，以致於沒有一定的質量。譬如，

1. 敬拜站: 參加主日崇拜
2. 禱告站: 參加禱告會

3. 門訓站: 參加主日學，查經班

4. 團契站: 參加團契

5. 服事站: 參與服事，參加同工會
6. 福音站: 參與探訪關懷，參與宣教植堂

1.     Worship Christ
Bow- Worship->  Prayer

2.      Follow Christ
Chord- Discipleship->Fellowship

3.      Proclaim Christ
Arrow- Ministry->Evangelism
Define the goal for each station. The goal is concrete and achievable. Don’t set the goal too high to be reached or too low to have good quality of training. For instance,

1.      Worship station: Attend Sunday Service

2.      Prayer station: Attend prayer meeting

3.      Discipleship station:  .Attend Sunday School and Bible Study Class.
4.      Fellowship station: Join fellowship.

5.      Ministry station: Participate ministry and attend co-workers meeting.

6.      Evangelism station: Participate caring caring visitation. Participate mission and church planting.

由各站的導師來審核學員的進展。當人一階一階地進步，就是一步一步地滿足神的心意。當他完成了這整個過程，再來他就可以成為別人生命的同伴，與別人同行來完成他們的生命旅程，這就是再生產的循環。一個完成六站的信徒，他就是一個門徒，一個能帶領別人完成六站的門徒，他就是一個工人。教會中如果興起越來越多的門徒與工人，教會就會形成越來越大的動力來實現教會的使命與異象。

The mentor of each station checks the progress of students. When a person makes progress step by step, he or she also fulfills God’s purpose step by step. After he completes the whole process, he can become a partner for another person to walk with another one to complete their life journey. This is the cycle of regeneration. A believer who goes through six stations can be called as a disciple. A disciple who can lead another one to go through six stations can be called as a labor. If church has more and more disciples and labors, church will form more and more dynamics to fulfill the mission and vision of church.

雖然這些主題，一般初信造就也都會有所教導，但初信造就比較像是概論性的簡介，而這六個小站，則是接在初信造就之後，在實踐中學習，期待信徒有實際的委身與參與。教會已有很多的資源來造就信徒，這個策略構想就是整合運用教會現有資源，逐步引導信徒內在生命的成長，最終能成為一個有信有望有愛的門徒。這個過程，不求短期的速成，但求扎實地踏上每一步，把基礎功夫做好，長期的果效，自然會慢慢顯示出來。這個過程大概要多久呢? 主耶穌用三年訓練他的門徒，我想三年或許可以是個參考。如果我們每一個階段用一年，總共也是三年。三年後，箭就可以射出去了。神盼望在教會中我們各人的工程都是金銀寶石所建造的，可以經得起火般的試鍊，將來到主那裡去，能蒙他的悅納與獎賞。

Although these topics are also taught in new believers’ class, it is more like brief introduction in new believers’ class.  These six stations should be the follow-up programs after new believers’ class.  These stations focus on learning by doing. It expects believers to have practical commitment and participation. The church has many resources available to edify believers. The idea behind this strategy is to integrate the available church resources to guide believers’ inner life growth step by step. Eventually he or she can become a disciple with faith, hope and love. This process does not expect the fast track in the short term, but expect making the solid progress for each step. In the long term, the effect will be appearing gradually. How long is this process going to take?  Jesus spent three years to train his disciples. Three years can be a reference. If we spent one year for each stage, the total time would be also three years. After three years the arrow will be ready to shoot. God expect that the work of each person in church be built in gold, silver and gemstone, so our work can pass the test of fire. When we stand in front of the Lord one day in the future, we can receive his favor and reward.

這是我在2014年對教會使命與異象，這仍是我的使命與異象，我仍是要帶著異象向前走。
